Public Bidding Announcement for Midea International Supply Chain Capability Center Thailand Refrigerator and Building Finished Goods Warehouse Business Project 2026-2027 Fiscal Year
为满足美的泰国冰箱及楼宇成品仓储物流装卸业务需求，秉着"公平、公正、开放、透明"的原则引入优质物流合作伙伴，以合作共赢的理念推进业务高效开展，现由美的国际供应链能力中心对"2026-2027年度泰国冰箱及楼宇成品仓业务项目"进行公开招标，竭诚欢迎符合要求的物流服务商踊跃参加投标。
To meet the logistics, warehousing, and handling requirements for Midea's Thailand refrigerator and building finished goods, and to introduce high-quality logistics partners in a fair, just, open, and transparent manner, the Midea International Supply Chain Capability Center is inviting qualified logistics service providers to participate actively in the bidding for the '2026-2027 Thailand Refrigerator and Building Finished Goods Warehouse Business Project' with the goal of promoting business efficiency and mutual benefit.
一、标的介绍
I. Introduction of the Tender
• 标的信息：2026-2027年度泰国冰箱及楼宇成品仓储物流装卸全流程服务，涵盖MIT冰箱、TPT冰箱、MBT楼宇三个工厂业务。预计年装卸量：MIT冰箱约144万台、TPT冰箱约447万台；MBT楼宇装卸及中转运输约44万立方米。项目总标的金额约2.6亿泰铢。（具体服务范围、业务规模、项目地址及人员设备配置要求，将在招标说明书中进一步明确）。
• Tender Information: The full logistics handling service for refrigerators and building finished goods storage in Thailand for the 2026-2027 fiscal year, covering the operations of three factories: MIT Refrigerator, TPT Refrigerator, and MBT Building Factory. Estimated annual handling volume: approximately 1.44 million units for MIT Refrigerator, 4.47 million units for TPT Refrigerator; and about 440,000 cubic meters for MBT Building Factory loading, unloading, and transit transportation. The total tender amount is approximately 260 million THB. (The specific service scope, business scale, project location, and requirements for personnel and equipment configuration will be further clarified in the Tender Specification).

（本项目履约期限采用“1+1”模式，合同一年一签。是否续签，由采购方视供应商成本优势及对中标供应商提供的服务质量、服务标准、履约绩效等考核（标准以合同内约定为准）结果综合确定。在中标供应商能够保障成本优势且考核合格的，可续签下一年度合同，最多续签1次；考核不合格或成本优势无法保障的，采购方有权不予续签。具体起止时间以双方签订的正式合同为准。）
(The performance period of this project adopts a '1+1' model, with the contract signed on a year-to-year basis. Whether to renew the contract is determined by the purchaser based on evaluations of the supplier's cost advantage and the quality, standards, and performance metrics of the services provided by the winning supplier (evaluation criteria as stipulated in the contract). If the winning supplier can ensure a cost advantage and pass the evaluation, the contract can be renewed for the next year, with a maximum of 1 renewal; If the supplier fails the evaluation or the cost advantage cannot be guaranteed, the purchaser has the right not to renew the contract. The specific start and end dates shall be based on the formal contract signed by both parties.)
• 业务类型：涵盖泰国冰箱及楼宇成品仓储管理（库存管理、账实盘点、5S执行）、厂内及外仓装卸、冰箱标段厂区与外租仓间中转运输，同步使用Midea WMS、ILS、OMS、IBOS等信息化系统。
• Business Type: Covers warehouse management for refrigerators and finished goods in buildings in Thailand (inventory management, physical inventory, 5S implementation), loading and unloading within the factory and external warehouses, intermediate transportation between the refrigerator factory premises and external leased warehouses, and simultaneous use of Midea WMS, ILS, OMS, IBOS, and other information systems.
• 其他说明：本项目相关未尽事宜，均以美的国际物流服务协议条款及招标方后续发布的招标说明书为准。
• Other Notes: Any matters not covered in this project shall be subject to the terms of the Midea International Logistics Service Agreement and the tender specifications subsequently issued by the tenderer.
二、供应商投标要求
II. Requirements for Supplier Bids
（一）供应商资质要求及材料提交
1. Supplier Qualification Requirements and Document Submission
本次招标供应商资质明确以下基本要求，所有证明材料均需提供扫描件并加盖公司公章，需真实有效、在有效期内，具体如下：
The tender specifies the following basic requirements for supplier qualifications. All supporting documents must be provided as scanned copies, stamped with the company seal, and must be genuine and valid within their respective validity periods. Specific requirements are as follows:

投标人须具备以下三类设备中至少一类的自有或长期租赁能力： Bidders must have the capability to own or long-term lease at least one of the following three categories of equipment: ①封闭式厢式货车（6轮子母车型）； ① Enclosed box trucks (6-wheeled mother and child vehicle type); ② 电动夹抱车； ② Electric side loaders; ③ 电动叉车。 ③ Electric forklifts. 所提供的车辆须证照齐全、年检合格；若为长期租赁，租期须覆盖本项目服务期。 All provided vehicles must have complete documentation and pass annual inspections; if they are long-term leases, the lease term must cover the service period of this project. |

（二）通用禁止投标情形
(2) General Prohibition on Bidding
• 法定代表人为同一人的两家及多家公司，不得同时参加本次招标；
• Companies with the same legal representative must not participate in this tender simultaneously;
• 存在控股、参股、交叉持股或直接管理关系的两家及多家公司，不得同时参加本次招标；
• Companies with a holding, shareholding, cross-shareholding, or direct management relationship must not participate in this tender simultaneously;
• 存在其他可能影响招投标活动公平、公正进行的关联关系的两家及多家公司，不得同时参加本次招标；
• Companies with other associated relationships that may affect the fairness and impartiality of the tendering process must not participate in this tender simultaneously;
• 股东为美的集团在职员工亲属（指配偶、直系血亲、三代以内旁系血亲、近姻亲关系）的供应商；
• Suppliers whose shareholders are relatives (spouse, direct blood relatives, collateral relatives within three generations, close affinal relatives) of Midea Group employees are not allowed to participate in this tender simultaneously;
• 在美的集团离职前三年内，曾任Band2（原13级或P3）及以上职位的人员，在供应商处担任管理层、股东或销售岗位的供应商；
• Suppliers where individuals who have held Band 2 (originally Level 13 or P3) or higher positions within the Midea Group in the three years prior to leaving, are serving as managers, shareholders, or in sales positions.
• 公司法人、股东及业务人员已被列入美的集团黑名单的供应商。
• Suppliers whose legal representatives, shareholders, and staff have been blacklisted by the Midea Group.
三、报名说明及招标整体步骤

（一）报名说明
1. Registration Instructions
• 报名资料：需按本公告第二条要求，准备全部证明材料（均需提供扫描件并加盖公司公章），后续资质审核通过后需按招标说明书投标文件清单要求准备投标相关文件；
• Registration Materials: All supporting documents must be prepared according to the requirements of Section II of this announcement (all documents must be provided as scanned copies with the company seal). After the qualification review is passed, the relevant bidding documents must be prepared according to the list in the Tender Specification.
• 报名截止日期：*开通会员可解锁*（逾期提交的报名资料，招标方将不予接收）；
• Registration Deadline: June 24, 2026 (registration materials submitted after the deadline will not be accepted by the tendering party).

请各供应商优先完成报名事宜，以下为本次招标整体步骤计划，供供应商提前了解、做好前期准备（含投标资料递交、保证金缴纳等相关事宜）。后续各环节需提交的具体资料、操作要求及时间节点，招标方将分步骤以邮件形式通知至供应商在《供应商基本资料表》中提供的公司邮箱。
Please prioritize the completion of registration, the following is the overall steps plan for this bidding round for suppliers to understand in advance and make preliminary preparations (including submission of bidding documents, deposit payment, etc.). The specific documents, operational requirements, and timelines for each subsequent stage will be notified to the company email provided by the supplier in the 《Supplier Basic Information Form》 in steps via email by the bidder.
