吉速物流拟在中东区域建立吉利汽车售后备件海外仓，满足本地化售后备件需求，为海外客户提供优质售后服务，欢迎具备此类项目成熟业务经验的供应商参与。

Geely plans to establish an overseas warehouse for Geely Auto after-sales spare parts in the Middle East region to meet the local demand for after-sales spare parts and provide high-quality after-sales service for overseas customers. Suppliers with mature business experience in such projects are welcome to participate.

3. Bidder Qualification Requirements

3.1本次招标要求投标人满足如下资格条件：

3.1 This tender requires bidders to meet the following qualification conditions:

3.1.1仓库要求：

3.1.1 Warehouse Requirements:

3.1.1.1所有权性质：自建、租赁均可，须提供自建、租赁有效证明材料；

3.1.1.1 Nature of ownership: Both self-built and leased ownership are acceptable. Valid proof materials of self-built or leased ownership must be provided.

3.1.1.2基建要求：库房高台库，仓库地面离地距离为1.3~1.35米区间，地面荷载不低于3吨/平方米，库内地面防尘处理，延伸式雨棚（高度及宽度满足物流车辆装卸要求），仓库可使用的内部净高度不低于14米，仓库周边道路通畅；

3.1.1.2 Infrastructure Requirements: The warehouse is a high-platform warehouse. The distance from the ground to the ground should be within the range of 1.3 to 1.35 meters. The ground load should not be less than 3 tons per square meter. The ground inside the warehouse should be treated for dust prevention. It should have an extended canopy (with height and width meeting the loading and unloading requirements of logistics vehicles). The usable internal clear height of the warehouse should not be less than 14 meters. The roads around the warehouse should be unobstructed.

3.1.1.3仓库规划区域包括：仓储区、功能区、作业区、危险品区、物资存储区、装卸区、办公区、不合格品区；

3.1.1.3 The warehouse planning area includes: storage area, functional area, operation area, dangerous goods area, material storage area, loading and unloading area, office area, and non-conforming goods area.

3.1.1.4其他要求：仓库应为独立的园区，配备24小时安防监控室及安保服务，备用应急发电装置，消防设施完善。

3.1.1.4 Other Requirements: The warehouse should be an independent park, equipped with a 24-hour security monitoring room and security services, backup emergency power generation devices, and complete fire protection facilities.

3.1.1.5仓库性质：保税仓。

3.1.1.5 Warehouse Nature: Bonded warehouse。

3.1.2运输要求：

3.1.2 Transportation Requirements:

3.1.2.1 投标人须具备中东、北非地区有关国家政府部门批准的运输管理服务资质。

3.1.2.1 Bidders must possess the transportation management service qualifications approved by the relevant government departments of the countries in the Middle East and North Africa.

3.1.2.2 投标人有独立法人资格和承担民事责任的能力，具有良好的商业信誉。

3.1.2.2 The bidder shall have independent legal person status and the ability to bear civil liability, and possess a good business reputation.

3.1.2.3 投标人在中东、北非地区有丰富的运输资源，包括但不限于铁路、陆路、海运及空运资源。

3.1.2.3 The bidder has abundant transportation resources in the Middle East and North Africa, including but not limited to railway, land, sea and air transportation resources.

3.1.2.4近三年内在中东运营的主流乘用车主机厂售后备件物流仓储项目（含清关）或汽车行业类似物流仓储项目（含清关）至少一例并提供有效的商务合同。

3.1.2.4 At least one logistics and warehousing project for after-sales spare parts of mainstream passenger car manufacturers operating in the Middle East within the past three years (including customs clearance) or a similar logistics and warehousing project in the automotive industry (including customs clearance), and provide a valid business contract.

3.2本次招标不接受联合体投标。

3.2 This tender does not accept joint bids.

3.3本次招标不接受代理商投标。

3.3 This tender does not accept bids from agents.

本次招标不接受分包。This tender does not accept subcontracting.

4. Bid Registration

4.1 凡有意参加报名的投标人，请到电子招标采购平台（https://glzb.geely.com)注册并在长期项目模块报名，准备好报名资料(扫描件)，未按照以上方式报名的，视作无效报名;

4.1 Interested bidders must register on the electronic procurement platform (https://glzb.geely.com) and sign up under the long-term project module. Prepare registration materials (scanned copies) in advance. Registration not completed through the above method will be deemed invalid.

4.2 招标人收到报名信息后，在具体各类项目启动后，会主动与已报名的单位联

系，邀请符合要求的潜在投标人参与具体招标项目；

4.2 After receiving registration information, the tendering party will proactively contact registered bidders who meet the requirements to invite them to participate in specific tender projects once they are launched.

报名资料于报名截止时间前上传至吉利集团招标采购平台，报名资料包含以下但不限于以下内容：

Registration materials must be uploaded to the Geely Group Procurement Platform before the registration deadline. The materials include but are not limited to the following:

1、当地的营业执照；

Local business license;

2、相关业绩证明材料；

Proof of relevant performance records;

3、公司简介的PPT等

Company introduction PPT, etc.
