为满足美的印尼区域工厂进出口运输及清关业务需求，进一步优化区域物流供应链体系，秉着“公平、公正、开放、透明”的原则引入优质本地化物流合作伙伴，以合作共赢的理念推进印尼区域物流业务高效、稳定、合规开展，现由美的国际供应链能力中心对“2026-2027年度印尼进出口拖报一体业务”进行公开招标，竭诚欢迎符合资质要求、具备成熟本地化服务能力的物流服务商踊跃参与投标。

To meet the import and export transportation and customs clearance business needs of Midea's factories in Indonesia, further optimize the regional logistics and supply chain system, introduce high-quality local logistics partners based on the principles of "fairness, impartiality, openness and transparency", and promote the efficient, stable and compliant development of logistics business in Indonesia with the concept of win-win cooperation, Midea International Supply Chain Center hereby launches an open tender for the "2026-2027 Indonesia Import & Export Trucking and Customs Declaration Integrated Service". Qualified logistics service providers with mature local service capabilities are sincerely welcome to participate in the tender.

一、标的介绍 Ⅰ. Project Overview

1、标的信息：2026-2027年度印尼区域工厂进出口拖车运输及报关一体化全流程服务，年度预估柜量约 31,731（具体服务范围及相关细节，将在招标说明书中进一步明确）。

1. Project Information: Full-process integrated service of import and export trucking transportation and customs declaration for factories in Indonesia for the 2026-2027 period. The annual estimated container volume is 31,731 (More details will be further specified in the tender specification).

2、合同期限：*开通会员可解锁*—*开通会员可解锁*（具体起止时间以双方最终签订的正式合作合同为准）。

2. Contract Term: September 1, 2026 – August 31, 2027 (The specific start and end date shall be subject to the official cooperation contract signed by both parties).

3、业务类型：覆盖印尼区域进出口全流程拖报一体化服务，主要包含印尼港口与工厂间集装箱拖车运输、本地物流费用垫付；进出口货物全流程报关服务，含单据整理制作、海关申报、税费代缴、查验协调、单证核销回收、货物放行跟进、异常问题处理等，实现拖车运输与报关服务无缝衔接、一体化落地。

3. Business Scope: Cover the full-process integrated trucking and customs clearance service for import and export in Indonesia, mainly including container trucking transportation and local logistics expense advance payment between Indonesian ports and factories; full-process customs declaration services for import and export goods, including document sorting and production, customs declaration, tax and fee payment, inspection coordination, document verification and recovery, goods release follow-up and exception handling, so as to realize seamless connection and integrated implementation of trucking transportation and customs declaration services.

4、其他说明：本项目未尽业务细则、服务标准等，均以美的国际物流服务协议条款为准。

4. Other Instructions: Any unstated business details and service standards of this project shall be subject to the terms of Midea International Logistics Service Agreement.

二、供应商投标要求 Ⅱ. Bidding Requirements for Suppliers

（一）供应商资质要求及材料提交 2.1 Supplier Qualification Requirements & Document Submission

本次招标供应商资质明确以下基本资质要求，所有证明材料均需提供扫描件并加盖公司公章，需真实有效、在有效期内，具体如下：

The basic qualification requirements for suppliers in this tender are specified as follows. All supporting documents shall be submitted with scanned copies affixed with the company's official seal, which must be authentic, valid and within the validity period.

（二）通用禁止投标情形2.2 General Ineligible Bidding Situations

存在以下任一情形的供应商，无投标资格，本次招标不予受理其报名及投标资料：

Suppliers with any of the following situations shall be disqualified from bidding, and their registration and bidding documents will not be accepted in this tender:

1. 法定代表人为同一人的两家及多家公司，不得同时参加本次招标；

1. Two or more companies with the same legal representative shall not participate in this tender simultaneously;

2. 存在控股、参股、交叉持股或直接管理关联关系的两家及多家公司，不得同时参加本次招标；

2. Two or more companies with holding, shareholding, cross-shareholding or direct management affiliation shall not participate in this tender simultaneously;

3. 存在其他可能影响招投标活动公平、公正进行的关联关系的主体，不得同时参与投标；

3. Entities with other affiliated relationships that may affect the fairness and impartiality of the bidding activity are prohibited from participating in the tender;

4. 股东为美的集团在职员工亲属（配偶、直系血亲、三代以内旁系血亲、近姻亲关系）的供应商；

4. Suppliers whose shareholders are relatives (spouse, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations, close in-laws) of active Midea Group employees;

5. 美的集团离职未满五年、曾任Band2及以上职级人员，在供应商处担任股东、管理层、业务销售等关键岗位的供应商；

5. Suppliers where former Midea Group employees who held Band 2 and above positions and have left the company for less than five years serve as shareholders, management, sales and other key positions;

6. 公司法人、实际股东、核心业务人员已被列入美的集团供应商黑名单的企业。

6. Enterprises whose legal representatives, actual shareholders or core business personnel have been included in the Midea Group supplier blacklist.

三、报名说明及招标整体步骤 Ⅲ. Registration Instructions & Overall Tender Procedures

（一）报名说明 3.1 Registration Instructions

1. 报名资料：按照本公告第二条资质要求，准备全套加盖公章的有效证明材料，供应商基本资料表及车辆资料严格遵照模板提交，资料不齐、无效、格式错误均视为报名失败；

1. Registration Documents: Prepare a full set of valid supporting documents affixed with the official seal in accordance with the qualification requirements in Chapter 2 of this announcement, and submit supplier master data confirmation and vehicle documents strictly in accordance with the standard template. Incomplete, invalid or non-standard formatted documents will be deemed unsuccessful registration;

2. 报名截止日期：*开通会员可解锁*（逾期提交的报名资料，招标方将不予接收）；

2. Registration Deadline: July 1, 2026 (Late submission of registration documents will not be accepted by the tenderer);

The email subject shall be uniformly marked as "2026-2027 Indonesia Trucking & Customs Declaration Tender + Full Supplier Name".

（二）招标整体步骤说明 3.2 Overall Tender Procedures

1. 请各供应商优先完成报名事宜，以下为本次招标整体步骤计划，供供应商提前了解、做好前期准备（含投标资料递交、保证金缴纳等相关事宜）；

1. All suppliers are requested to complete registration first. The overall tender procedures are as follows for your prior understanding and preliminary preparation (including bidding document submission, bid bond payment and other related matters);

2. 后续各环节需提交的具体资料、操作要求及时间节点，招标方将分步骤以邮件形式，通知至供应商在《供应商基本资料表》中提供的公司邮箱。

2. The tenderer will notify suppliers of the specific documents, operation requirements and time nodes for each subsequent procedure via email to the official email address provided in the Supplier Basic Information Form.
