In order to meet the needs for finished goods storage and logistics handling services at Midea's Indonesian base, and adhering to the principles of 'fairness, justice, openness, and transparency,' we are seeking high-quality logistics partners. With the concept of win-win cooperation, we aim to promote the efficient conduct of business. Midea International Supply Chain Capability Center hereby issues a public tender for the '2026-2027 Annual Indonesia Base Finished Goods Storage and Logistics Handling Services Project.' 一、标的介绍
I. Introduction of the Tender
• 标的信息：2026-2027年度印尼基地成品仓储物流装卸全流程服务，覆盖冰箱、空调、洗衣机三个业务标段，预计年作业量约250万CBM（具体服务范围、业务规模、项目地址及人员设备配置要求，将在招标说明书中进一步明确）。
• Tender Information: Full-process services for loading, unloading, warehousing, and logistics of finished products at the Indonesian base for the 2026-2027 period, covering three business segments: refrigerators, air conditioners, and washing machines, with an estimated annual volume of approximately 2.5 million CBM (specific service scope, business scale, project location, and requirements for personnel and equipment configuration will be detailed in the tender document).

• 业务类型：涵盖印尼基地成品仓储管理（库存管理、账实盘点、5S执行）、厂内及外仓装卸、冰箱标段厂区与外租仓间中转运输，同步使用Midea WMS、ILS、OMS、IBOS等信息化系统。
• Business Type: Includes finished goods warehousing management at the Indonesian base (inventory management, physical inventory, 5S implementation), in-plant and external warehouse loading and unloading, transfer transport between the refrigerator section factory and external leased warehouses, and simultaneous use of Midea WMS, ILS, OMS, IBOS, and other information systems.
• 其他说明：本项目相关未尽事宜，均以美的国际物流服务协议条款及招标方后续发布的招标说明书为准。
• Additional Notes: All matters not covered in this project shall be subject to the terms of the Midea International Logistics Service Agreement and the tender instructions subsequently issued by the tenderer.

本次招标供应商资质明确以下基本要求，所有证明材料均需提供扫描件并加盖公司公章，需真实有效、在有效期内，具体如下：

（二）通用禁止投标情形

• 法定代表人为同一人的两家及多家公司，不得同时参加本次招标；

• 存在控股、参股、交叉持股或直接管理关系的两家及多家公司，不得同时参加本次招标；
• Two or more companies with controlling, shareholding, cross-shareholding, or direct management relationships shall not participate in this tender simultaneously;
• 存在其他可能影响招投标活动公平、公正进行的关联关系的两家及多家公司，不得同时参加本次招标；
• Two or more companies with other associated relationships that may affect the fairness and impartiality of the tendering and bidding activities shall not participate in this tender simultaneously;
• 股东为美的集团在职员工亲属（指配偶、直系血亲、三代以内旁系血亲、近姻亲关系）的供应商；
• Suppliers where the shareholders are relatives (spouses, direct lineal relatives, collateral relatives within three generations, close affinity) of Midea Group’s current employees;
• 在美的集团离职前三年内，曾任Band4（原13级或P3）及以上职位的人员，在供应商处担任管理层、股东或销售岗位的供应商；
• Suppliers where, within three years prior to leaving Midea Group, a person who previously held a Band 4 (originally level 13 or P3) or higher position is currently serving as management, a shareholder, or in a sales position at the supplier;
• 公司法人、股东及业务人员已被列入美的集团黑名单的供应商。
• Suppliers where the legal person, shareholders, and business personnel have been blacklisted by Midea Group.
三、报名说明及招标整体步骤

（一）报名说明
（a） Registration Description
• 报名资料：需按本公告第二条要求，准备全部证明材料（均需提供扫描件并加盖公司公章），并按招标说明书投标文件清单要求准备投标相关文件；
• Registration Materials: All certification materials must be prepared in accordance with the requirements of the second section of this announcement (all should be provided as scanned copies and stamped with the company seal), and relevant bidding documents must be prepared according to the list of tender documents in the bidding instructions;
• 报名截止日期：*开通会员可解锁*（逾期提交的报名资料，招标方将不予接收）；
• Deadline for Registration: June 23, 2026 (Registration materials submitted after the deadline will not be accepted);

• Submission Method: Send all registration materials to the designated email ( iscc.ovt@midea.com ), and include “2026 Indonesia Warehousing Tender + Full Supplier Name” in the subject line;

请各供应商优先完成报名事宜，以下为本次招标整体步骤计划，供供应商提前了解、做好前期准备（含投标资料递交、保证金缴纳等相关事宜）。后续各环节需提交的具体资料、操作要求及时间节点，招标方将分步骤以邮件形式通知至供应商在《供应商基本资料表》中提供的公司邮箱。
Please prioritize the registration process. The following is an overall schedule for this tender to help suppliers prepare in advance (including submission of tender documents, deposit payment, etc.). The specific materials required, operational requirements, and time nodes for subsequent stages will be notified to the company email provided in the 'Basic Supplier Information Form' via email, step by step, by the tender party.
