Indra Air Traffic, Inc. registers in 11300 West 89th Street, Overland Park, Kansas 66214, USA, is the OEM of the 2100 ILS, 1118A/1119A DME and 1150A VOR.

Scope of authorized products: 2100 II S 1118A/1119A DME 1150A VOR

Indra Air Traffic, Inc. ("Indra AT"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Indra Sistemas, has acquired from SELEX ES Inc. ("Selex") all the assets of its Air Traffic Management (ATM) line of business, in particular the IPRs of the navigation aids products (i.e. ILS, DME, VOR and TACAN), the facilities where those systems are manufactured, all the manufacturing capabilities and will be employing the Selex employees working in the ATM line of business.

Indra AT will continue the ATM business of Selex as before, just under a different name and new ownership. The head of Indra Air Traffic, Inc. is William E. Colligan (currently the "Executive Vice President & General Manager of ATM"). The former ATM Business management team of Selex maintains the same management positions in Indra Air Traffic Inc.

All facilities, including the dedicated customer service department, production, training, and maintenance units remain in Overland Park, KS with the same personnel in order to continue providing excellent product and service of the Navaid products. Therefore, all resources and skills of Selex ATM business can be attributed to Indra AT and will continue to carry out all Quality Management System processes unchanged.

Indra AT retains the navigation aids products and the capabilities to design, manufacture, install, service and support ground based air traffic management and navigational equipment for airports and airways worldwide in accordance with previously existing processes, including the human resources at the same location of the ATM division of Selex in Overland Park, Kansas. The ISO 9001 Certificate of Registration of Selex can be attributed to Indra AT.
