炸物/毒品检测仪)在中国大陆市场推广及售后服务实际操作与 运行保障工作。故本项目供应商具有唯一性且只能进行单一来源 采购。

特此说明。
acknowledges and agrees that future designation on any such list shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement and the termination of all outstanding orders for training, parts, components, consumables or any other goods or services.
2. Previous Agreement. This Authorized Service Provider Territory Agreement terminates and replaces, in its entirety, that certain Authorized Service Provider Territory Agreement, dated 5 December 2023, by and between Rapiscan and Service Provider.
This Authorized Service Provider Territory Agreement") is entered into as of the Date, by and between Rapiscan and Sevice Provider. This Agreement is subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth on Appendix A, attached herein by reference. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, and delivered by email, facsimile or other electronic means.
