style=";font-family:宋体;font-size:16px">调查地块依然保持停产前的平面布置,建构筑物基本未拆除,主要生产设备已搬离厂区处置。目前该地块部分仓库、办公楼作为厂房、办公区进行出租。其中,原锅炉房区域租赁给环卫公司作为停车加油场所;原布料仓库租赁给安徽旭腾环保科技有限公司作为再生资源(废纸、废塑料等)分拣仓库;印花生产区东侧闲置厂房租赁给物流公司作为中转仓库使用。</span></p><p style=";font-family:宋体;font-size:16px">根据现场踏勘,厂区生产设备、公辅设备等基本拆除;污水处理站构筑物建于地上,池体因降雨存有雨水;仓库基本清理干净,未暂存化工原料,但是化工原料仓库外设置有简易的遮雨棚,棚内暂存有桶装原料,原料桶完好无损,未见泄漏情况;厂区西侧建有加油站和地下油罐,设施未</span><span style="font-family:
