style="font-family:宋体">根据《中华人民共和国土壤污染防治法》第四章第五十九条规定:用途变更为住宅、公共管理与公共服务用地的,变更前应当按照规定进行土壤污染状况调查。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent:32px;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style=";font-family:'Times New Roman';font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">为摸清地块现状的土壤环境质量状况,确定项目所在地是否符合土地性质变更的条件,</span></span><span style=";font-family:'Times New Roman';font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">青岛市崂山区自然资源局委托我院</span></span><span style=";font-family:'Times New Roman';font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">开展该地块土壤污染状况调查工作,并编制形成报告,为本地块的开发利用提供技术依据。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent:32px;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style=";font-family:'Times New style="font-family:宋体">、收集地块现状和历史资料及相关文献,分析相关企业生产工艺、原辅材料、污染物排放和污染痕迹的可能性,初步认为调查地块存在可能导致土壤污染的潜在污染物,主要</span></span><span style=";font-family:宋体;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">包括:地块内现有的堆土、水塘回填土、历史上存在的停车场和驾校以及地块西侧中国融通海油加油站识别的石油烃(</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman">C</span></span><span
