Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: Maintenance and management of 14 public toilets located at Xinhang Road, Dongjing Road 198, Nanxindongyuan, Nanxixiyuan, Commercial Street, Jindi Market, Huagao Market, Heyun Home, Hexin Home, Gaiyi Home, Heyue IN Xiang Pedestrian Street, Donggou Sports Park, Lohas Park, and Greenland Park in Gaixing Town, including the repair and replacement of intelligent facilities. 二、申请人的资格要求

2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
