简要规则描述：为切实保证书院镇技防相关设施的正常运行，对全镇监控系统、车牌识别系统、门禁系统等进行专业维保，并且对设备进行定期检查和维护，保障所有信息化设备能稳定运行，并且能及时响应故障报修，减少设备的故障时间，为城市运行稳定提供基础的硬件保障。其中维保服务主要内容包含：系统设备的日常巡查，定期除尘保养，系统检测及紧急维修等

Brief Specification Description: To ensure the normal operation of the security-related facilities in Xuyi Town, professional maintenance services are provided for the town's surveillance system, license plate recognition system, access control system, etc. Regular inspections and maintenance of the equipment are also conducted to guarantee the stable operation of all information technology devices and to promptly respond to fault reports, thereby reducing the downtime of the equipment and providing a fundamental hardware guarantee for the stability of urban operations. The main contents of the maintenance services include: daily inspections of system equipment, regular dust removal and maintenance, system testing, and emergency repairs.

2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
