Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: At the infrastructure and data platform level, we will fully leverage the foundational work accumulated during the initial development phase of the Lingang New Area to create innovative application scenarios centered around digital intelligence empowerment, digital intelligence services, digital intelligence customs clearance, and digital intelligence supervision.

合同履约期限：自合同签订后360个自然日内完成应用软件开发以及全部集成工作，保证系统正常运行并经验收合格，其中包含不少于90天试运行。

The Contract Period: Complete the application software development and all integration work within 360 calendar days after the contract is signed, ensuring the system operates normally and passes acceptance testing, including a trial operation period of no less than 90 days.

二、申请人的资格要求

2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：本项目面向大、中、小、微型等各类供应商采购。
