技术规格：

设备及服务招标范围如下：

a) 投标人所供设备的基本设计、详细设计及煤气净化系统的基本设计。

b) 环缝洗涤器组件，每套组件包括上部连接管、耐磨保护罩、文丘里形外壳、内锥体、驱动杆、干油集中润滑装置、带位置控制器的液压缸等。

c) 预洗涤段和环缝洗涤段的喷嘴。

d) 预洗涤段的液动排水控制阀组。

e) 用于环缝洗涤器、排水控制阀的成套液压设备（含独立的控制系统）。

f) 干油润滑自动充填装置。

g) 高压冷凝水排水装置。

h)相关的电控和仪表设备。

投标人对供货范围内设备及材料的完整性、合理性、先进性、使用性能全面负责。

资金来源：现汇项目

2. 交货地点和交货时间：

交货地点：国外设备：CIF上海；国内设备：武钢有限

交货时间：国外设备：合同生效后10个月FOB；国内设备：合同生效后10个月交货到武钢有限

1． The name, quantity, technical specifications and fund sources of goods for tendering：

The name：Annular Gap Scrubber

Technical specifications：

The scope of supply and services in this tendering document is described as follows:

a) Basic design and detailed design of the equipment supplied by the bidder, as well as the basic design of the gas purification system.

b) Annular gap scrubber elements, each set of elements including upper connecting tube, wear-resistant cover, Venturi-shaped sleeve, inner cone, actuating rod, centralized dry grease lubrication device, hydraulic cylinder with position transmitter, etc.

c) Nozzles, mounted on the pre-scrubber and annular gap scrubber.

d) Hydraulic powered control valve group for the drainage of pre-scrubber.

e) Associated set of hydraulic equipment (including independent control system), used in annular gap scrubber and drainage control valve.

f) Automatic lubricator for grease lubrication.

g) High-pressure condensed water discharging unit.

h) Relevant electrical control and instrumentation equipment.

The bidder shall take full responsibility for the integrity, rationality, state-of-the-art, and service performance of the equipment and materials within the scope of supply.

9. *Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：

(1) Not been listed in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt.gov.cn)(if applicable).

(2) Not been included in the list of persons subject to enforcement for trust-breaking on the website of "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn)(if applicable).

(3) The bidder shall have the supply reference of blast furnace gas annular gap scrubber. Don't accept the agent bid.

(4) Due to the complexity of the project and high technical requirements, any bidder who wishes to participate in this project shall contact the tenderee for technical exchanges and sign a technical agreement before the bid opening (the technical exchanges shall be organized by the Engineering Equipment Procurement Center of Ouyeel Industrial Products, and Manager Tan, telephone of *开通会员可解锁* to be liaise directly with). Bidders who fail to sign the technical annex shall have their bids rejected.
