在化工、油气、煤化工、储罐管线防冻维温项目里,电伴热带早已是标配设备。很多采购、工程师拿到选型表,第一反应比对功率、维持温度、最高暴露温度,证书截图随手存档,就认为选型工作已经结束。 Electric trace heating tape has become standard equipment for anti‑freezing and temperature‑maintaining projects of chemical, oil‑gas, coal‑chemical, storage tank and pipeline systems. Root causes seldom lie in technical parameters printed on nameplates, but in four hidden checkpoints widely ignored: explosion‑proof adaptability, working‑condition matching, certificate traceability and supporting installation accessories.

一、标称 Ex d IIC T4≠现场就满足防爆要求

Ⅰ. Marked Ex d IIC T4 Does Not Equal On‑site Explosion‑proof Compliance

市面上大量电伴热带产品标签印刷 Ex d IIC T4 防爆标识,很容易造成认知误区:只要印有这个标识,就可以直接用在 IIC 类爆炸性气体环境。

Numerous trace heating tape products on the market are printed with Ex d IIC T4 marking, which easily leads to misunderstanding: products with this marking can be directly applied to Group IIC explosive gas atmospheres.

现实却并非如此。防爆证书需要核对完整型号、温度组别、防爆结构、适用气体组别。部分厂家证书只覆盖部分型号,却全系列贴同款防爆标识;还有的证书温度组别 T4,但实际产品在最大工作条件下表面温度超出 T4 限值,安评核查直接判定不合规。

This is not the case in practice.It is mandatory to verify complete model number, temperature class, explosion‑proof construction and applicable gas group against explosion‑proof certificates. Some manufacturers apply identical explosion‑proof marking to full product range while their certificates only cover partial models. In other cases, certificates indicate T4 temperature class, yet actual product surface temperature exceeds T4 limit under maximum operating conditions, resulting in non‑compliance in safety assessment.

二、功率参数好看,却忽略实际工况衰减

样本上的标称功率,是实验室标准环境下测得数值。管线有厚层保温、环境极低温、管道介质散热大、伴热带重叠敷设,都会带来功率衰减。不少项目直接照搬样本标称功率选型,到了冬季管线依旧冻堵。

Rated power on catalogues is measured under standard laboratory conditions.Thick pipeline insulation, extreme ambient low temperature, high heat dissipation of pipeline medium and overlapping installation of heating tape will all cause power degradation. Many projects select products strictly according to catalogue rated power, yet pipelines still get frozen and blocked in winter.

自限温电伴热带还存在一个容易忽视的点:不同温度区间输出功率动态变化。高温维持工况下功率会自动下降,如果选型没有预留余量,维温效果会大打折扣。

One easily‑overlooked feature for self‑limiting trace heating tape is dynamic power output across different temperature ranges. Power will drop automatically under high‑temperature holding conditions. Temperature maintaining performance will be greatly compromised without design margin during model selection.

盲目选大功率也不可取,功率过大,不仅能耗居高不下,还会造成局部超温,破坏护套材料,缩短使用寿命,防爆安全风险同步上升。

Blindly choosing high‑power products is not advisable. Excessive power leads to high energy consumption, local over‑temperature, sheath material damage, shortened service life and higher explosion‑proof safety risks.

三、护套材质选型,决定产品实际服役寿命

Ⅲ. Sheath Material Selection Determines Actual Service Life

同样是防爆电伴热带,内部发热芯差异有限,真正拉开寿命差距的往往是外护套。普通护套在有化学挥发物、油污、紫外线露天暴晒工况下,会加速老化,出现变硬、脆裂、渗水。一旦护套破损,水汽侵入,轻则伴热失效,重则在防爆区域产生漏电风险。

For explosion‑proof trace heating tapes, differences in internal heating cores are limited. Service‑life gaps are mostly brought by outer sheaths.Ordinary sheaths suffer accelerated ageing, hardening, cracking and water permeation under exposure to chemical volatiles, oil contamination and outdoor UV radiation. Once sheaths are damaged and moisture intrudes, consequences range from heating failure to electric‑leakage hazards in hazardous areas.

很多采购比价只对比单价,忽略护套材质差异。室内干燥环境普通护套可以满足需求;露天、化工腐蚀环境,必须选用耐化学、耐候改性护套材质,适配项目实际介质环境,而不是一套护套通吃所有项目。

Many purchasers only compare unit prices while ignoring sheath material differences. Ordinary sheaths work for dry indoor conditions. For outdoor and chemically corrosive scenarios, chemically‑resistant and weather‑modified sheath materials must be adopted to match actual site conditions, instead of applying one single sheath solution to all projects.

四、证书齐全,安装配套跟不上照样不合规

Ⅳ. Complete Certificates Cannot Guarantee Compliance without Qualified Supporting Installation Parts
