The project marks a major milestone for Pakistan’s energy and industrial sectors. The refinery will be established in Dhabeji, Thatta district. Following the approval, the CPEC Secretariat has asked the Board of Investment (BOI) to present the project before the Joint Working Group on Industrial Cooperation.
