The Government of Punjab, Pakistan, as an administrative region with a population exceeding 120 million, is vigorously advancing healthcare system reforms aimed at establishing a comprehensive three-tier medical service network across the province. To elevate regional healthcare technology standards and meet the urgent demand for high-end medical services among its citizens, the Punjab Provincial Government is now globally inviting high-quality medical device suppliers to participate in the procurement of cutting-edge biomedical equipment. This initiative will upgrade core diagnostic and treatment capabilities in provincial and subordinate medical institutions. With its large scale and clearly defined requirements, the project presents a strategic opportunity for international medical device companies to deeply engage in the development of the South Asian healthcare market.

1 . 采购设备清单与核心要求 Procurement Equipment List and Core Requirements

本次采购涵盖以下九大类高端医疗设备，要求设备性能、质量及认证标准全面对标国际水平：

1.影像诊断设备

·血管造影系统（DSA，具备三维重建与介入治疗功能）

1.重症监护与生命支持设备

·ICU呼吸机（智能通气模式，适配成人/儿童/新生儿）

·ICU综合设备套装（含电动ICU病床、中央监护系统、输液泵等）

3.肿瘤治疗与慢性病管理设备

This procurement covers the following nine categories of high-end medical equipment, requiring full alignment of device performance, quality, and certification standards with international benchmarks:

1. Imaging and Diagnostic Equipment

CT Scanners

(Multi-slice spiral CT, supporting rapid imaging and low-dose scanning)

Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA) Systems

(Equipped with 3D reconstruction and interventional treatment capabilities)

MRI Machines

(High-field strength 1.5T/3.0T, supporting specialized imaging for neurology, cardiovascular, and other disciplines)

Gamma Cameras

(SPECT/CT integrated, for precise nuclear medicine diagnostics)

2. Critical Care and Life Support Equipment

ICU Ventilators

(Intelligent ventilation modes, compatible with adults/children/neonates)

Cardiac Monitors

(Multi-parameter monitoring with remote data transmission support)

Comprehensive ICU Equipment Packages

(Including electric ICU beds, central monitoring systems, infusion pumps, etc.)

3. Oncology and Chronic Disease Management Equipment

Linear Accelerators

(Precision radiotherapy, supporting IMRT/SBRT techniques)

Dialysis Machines

(Integrated hemodialysis/filtration, suitable for acute and chronic renal failure treatment)

4. Medical Waste Treatment Equipment

(High-efficiency sterilization processing, compliant with WHO medical waste management standards)

Key Notes:

All equipment must meet international certifications (e.g., FDA, CE, ISO 13485). Suppliers are required to provide technical specifications, clinical validation reports, and after-sales service plans. Preference will be given to manufacturers with localized service capabilities (e.g., spare parts supply, technical training). 2 . 质量认证与标准 Quality Certifications and Standards

1.需通过国际权威认证（如FDA、CE、ISO 13485等）；

2.提供设备技术参数、临床验证报告及售后服务方案；

3.优先选择具备本地化服务能力（如备件供应、技术培训）的供应商。

Must pass internationally recognized certifications (e.g., FDA, CE, ISO 13485, etc.); Provide technical specifications , clinical validation reports, and after-sales service plans for the equipment; Preference will be given to suppliers with localized service capabilities (e.g., spare parts supply, technical training). 3 . 供应商资质 Supplier Qualifications

（一）企业资质

1.合法注册的医疗器械生产或经销企业，具备独立法人资格；

2.近三年无重大质量或法律纠纷记录。

（二）产品能力

1.设备技术参数需完全匹配采购清单要求；

2.提供同类产品成功案例（尤其第三世界国家项目经验）。

（三）服务支持

1.承诺设备质保期≥2年，提供终身技术维护；

2.具备巴基斯坦境内快速响应能力（72小时内到场服务）。

I. Supplier Qualifications

Legally registered medical device manufacturer or distributor with independent corporate legal status. No record of major quality incidents or legal disputes in the past three years.

II. Product Capabilities

Technical specifications of equipment must fully comply with the procurement list requirements. Provide documented case studies of similar product implementations (especially projects in Third World countries).

III. Service Support

Commitment to a minimum 2-year warranty period for all equipment, with lifelong technical maintenance services. Demonstrated rapid response capability within Pakistan (onsite service within 72 hours). 4 . 参与方式与流程 Participation Methods and Process

Awarded Suppliers
