一、卖方将根据买方提供的如下技术文件及数据,请卖方进行设计、生产、供货,并对
买方提供的图纸给予保密。卖方产品满足附件《主机零部件技术文件一览表》中文
件的各项规定。
1、与空冷器设计和生产有关的图纸:
********-2.0/********-6.3(空冷器安装)
********-7.0/********-1.4(空冷器插芯)
********-1.8(空冷器参数21-5626)
********-4.1(EGR系统参数21-5626)
********-1.0(主机计算参数21-5400)
EN61DZ1645.0(不锈钢螺栓21-5626)
2、空冷器冷却方式为淡水冷却,并布置在排气侧。
3、空冷器回流水端盖必需带滚轮。
4、空冷器换热量余量不低于8%。
5、数量:1个/台。
二、空冷器压力试验要求:

四、工具和备件
1.每台空冷器随机提供厂家标准备件和标准工具,按后附《工具备件清单》。
工具数量:1套/台主机
备件数量:1套/台空冷器
2.每台空冷器应提供装机用的螺栓,螺栓材料为不锈钢。(根据图纸要求)。
3.工具、备件和装机件需在发货单中明确,并单独包装。
五、空冷器必须按船级社的规定进行船检,并出具要求证书。验收前卖方应提前十天通知
买方。

六、完工资料和产品证件:
1、完工资料需按照后附《完工资料的相关规定》执行。
2、热力计算书需在认可图纸阶段提供。
3、船检证书及产品合格证书,证书为中英文。(一份原件,一份电子版)
七、铭牌:材料为铜制,语言为中英文。
为满足IMO排放规范,空冷器铭牌上需标记IMO-ID号如下:********-1和********-1。
八、卖方应给予质量保证,在交船后十二个月内,凡是确因制造不良而造成的损失应由卖
方负责并免费处理解决。
九、主机颜色:色标:Munsell7.5BG7/2
十、空冷器的所有零部件不含石棉。
十一、为避免运输中损坏,卖方应严格包装,防潮抗震。
十二、附件要求:下述附件应做为技术协议的一部分,随协议一同签字后生效。
