This is China Communication Construction Company (“CCCC”) and MECSA Construction (Pty) Ltd (“MECSA”) formed a joint-venture known as “CCCC MECSA Joint Venture” .

The JV has been awarded with the ‘Mtentu River Bridge and Associated Roads on the N2 Wild Coast Toll Road’ contract with reference: N.002-201-2023/1C’ tender (“Tender”) tendered by the South African National Roads Agency Soc Limited (“SANRAL”).

The Mtentu River Bridge and Associated Roads forms part of the N2 Wild Coast Road (N2 WCR) project, which is SANRAL's flagship project in the Eastern Cape, with a distance about 50 KM from Port Edward , 220km from Port Durban and 770 km from Johannesburg .

Procurement requirement

All kinds of auxiliary materials for construction projects （ All kinds of building materials and small machinery, tools, etc ） .The quality requirements of the materials shall comply with the local regulations in South Africa. The specific procurement content is detailed in the attachment.

.Methods of comparison and selection

The quality and craftsmanship of the materials, machinery and other supplies meet the requirements of the project owner and supervisor. After price comparison and in combination with necessary conditions such as payment deadlines and supply timeliness, the best option is selected.
