1、校门北侧新做耐力板屋面防腐木雨棚，新做防腐木栏杆； 2、防腐木垃圾房翻新； 3、学校更换防夹手129个； 4、9间教室装空调线，铝扣板吊顶维修，墙面涂料出新； 5、户外红色跑道塑胶地坪翻新； 6、食堂后新做防腐木栏杆； 7、户外绿化侧石破损更换； 8、走廊及楼梯间墙面涂料局部出新； 9、一至三楼过道灯具线更换，铝扣板吊顶维修； 10、户外木油出新260m2； 11、食堂墙地砖局部维修。 12、户外防腐木拆除铺绿化草坪，围墙更新。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
