教学楼：（1）二楼走道创意文化墙建设。（2）会议室内新做隐形门。（3）食堂仓库教工与学生存储区分开设置新做铝合金隔断，新做橱柜，安装铝合金门。（4）配电房、消防水泵房、食堂原有木门拆除更换防火门，食堂原有窗拆除更换防火窗。(5)保健室门窗改圆弧造型，内饰修补，屋顶修漏新做液体防水卷材。（6）门厅旁洗手池处铺防水地板，新做吊橱，热水器移位，配电箱转向安装。 室外：分班活动场地护栏顶新做石英石带邦台面,四周混凝土地坪凿除清运。防腐木围栏拆装改造，土堡安装不锈钢护栏。 以及其它零星修理项目

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
