对拱极路雨水泵站现状4台潜水轴流泵进行更换，4面低压水泵配电柜配置软启装置整体更换，其动力馈线电缆一并换新；对陆花2号污水泵站北舱3台水泵、闸门及其配件等更换；对长岛雨水泵站格栅、电气柜、闸门等设备进行更换。本项目最大泵站流量为14.3m³/秒。项目总投资2537.23万元,其中建安工程费2347.86万元、其他工程费用189.37万元，资金来源为公共预算拨款。

（二）在中介集市报名前1年内存在2次记入一般不良诚信档案行为的；

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
