高东镇镇政府机动车棚及围墙因使用年限过长，出现车棚顶布破损，锁扣、主杆及围墙栏杆腐锈老化现象，拟通过修缮工程，更换车棚部分顶布、配件，对围墙铁栏杆做除锈、钢栏杆做换新处理，以解决老化问题。 主要施工内容包括： 一、机动车棚修缮： 原顶布拆除及新顶布定制安装，原钢结构除锈刷新，原结构配件更换，及垃圾清运。 二、围墙修缮： 铁直栅铁栏杆除锈并涂油漆，铁花栅油漆刷新，铁栏杆和方管钢柱更新。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
