1.致真楼： （1）2F音乐教室扩大：内墙改建，增加木门，地面新做实木复合多层地板，墙面新做吸音板到顶，吊顶新做铝方通石膏板吊顶；灯具及电线更换等。 （2）1F/2F/3F男卫生间小便槽修改为小便斗（5个），每个厕所瓷砖墙面修复4.8平米（墙砖尺寸600*600） （3）1F/3F增加办公室，增加内墙和木门，墙面新做1.2m高墙砖墙裙，墙裙上新做乳胶漆，地面新做实木复合地板，新做顶棚（矿棉板吊顶），室内净高2.8米，灯具及电线更换 （4）1F增加卫生保健室外的工具间，增加1扇铝合金外窗（安装大理石窗台板2.9米*0.2米）和1扇铝合金大门，地面瓷砖翻新，顶棚翻新（无机涂料），灯具及电线更换 （5）1F增加卫生保健室外的办公室，增加1扇铝合金外窗（安装大理石窗台板2.9米*0.2米），地面瓷砖翻新，灯具及电线更换 （6）2F增加心理咨询室扩大，拆除内隔墙，增加铝合金窗，共三扇，（安装大理石窗台板2.9米0.2米，2.9米0.2米，2.0米*0.2米），墙面新做1.2m高墙砖墙裙，墙裙上新做乳胶漆，地面实木复合地板翻新，顶棚翻新（矿棉板吊顶），室内净高2.8米，灯具及电线更换 （7）3F增加教师办公室扩大，拆除内隔墙，增加铝合金窗，共三扇，（安装大理石窗台板2.9米0.2米，2.9米0.2米，2.0米*0.2米），墙面翻新，地面实木复合地板翻新，顶棚翻新（矿棉板吊顶），室内净高2.8米，灯具及电线更换 2.挹芬楼： （1）2F外廊增加1扇铝合金外窗（安装大理石窗台板5.8米*0.2米） 3.室外连廊1（挹芬楼与思贤堂之间）： 增加2扇铝合金外窗（安装大理石窗台板10.3米*0.2米） 4.室外连廊2（致真楼与思贤堂之间）： 增加2扇铝合金外窗（安装大理石窗台板9.8米*0.2米） 5.其他零星维修

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.

回避情形

Avoidance Situations

（一）参与同一项目采购的不同中介服务机构法定代表人或实际控制人为同一人的；

（二）中介服务机构的法定代表人或实际控制人和委托人单位法定代表人或者项目负责人有配偶、直系血亲（含拟制血亲）、三代以内旁系血亲或者近姻亲关系的；

（三）其他应当回避的情形；
