建设内容：本项目拟对新川路484号建交委档案库房进行修缮。主要工程内容为：1、屋面工程，屋面渗漏点位进行局部修复并实施整体防水层修缮。2、外墙面工程，对房屋外墙面修复并粉刷防水涂料。3、室内维修工程，内墙防水涂料粉刷整修、更换门窗等。施工监理工作的工程范围、阶段范围和工作范围。（1）工程范围：本工程所涉及的（包括但不限于）整个施工周期，包括施工准备阶段、施工阶段、调试及试运行阶段、竣工验收移交阶段，施工图纸范围内的所有内容监理服务。（2）阶段范围：包括（但不限于）施工准备阶段、施工阶段、竣工验收移交阶段等。（3）工作范围：包括（但不限于）质量控制、进度控制、造价控制、安全控制、施工方案控制、合同管理、信息管理、参与并做好档案管理、设备及材料管理、文明施工、环境监理、组织协调施工。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
