1.高东新村居委卫生间墙面瓷砖空鼓严重,外口办公室地砖起翘破碎，部分窗户锁扣、滑轮失灵，办公室门破损等；楼夏景园一楼家门口接待室地板腐烂、翘起，插座严重不足导致拖线板搭拖线板的情况尤为突出，居委楼顶天沟漏水，导致室内墙面脱落等；杨园二居卫生间隔断掉落、门板无法关闭等情况，部分活动室地板起翘、门框腐烂，居委出入口处台阶破损，窗户滑轮、五金件及胶条破损缺失老化等需维修。为进一步保障居委用房设施的完整性和居委工作人员工作环境的安全性和舒适性，需对高东新村、楼夏景园、杨园二居居委办公用房进行维修。 2.建设地点位于高东镇高东新村居委（光明路182弄180号）、杨园二居（新跃路154弄3幢7号）、楼夏景园居委（北新园路350弄1号），工程主要内容包括高东新村居委两个卫生间空鼓墙面拆除重做、安装排风扇、坑位隔断重做、洁具更换、吊顶及灯具更换，一楼办公室更换木门及维修踢脚线，外口办公室更换地砖，部分窗户锁键、滑轮更换等；楼夏景园居委一楼家门口接待室地板更换、新增插座、更换灯具、维修玻璃门，屋面天沟防水维修，室内漏水墙面铲除重新粉刷等；杨园二居居委办公室维修、窗户五金更换、灯具更换、厕所维修、活动室等墙面粉刷及地板更换、舞蹈房镜子更换等。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
