高东镇门球公园羽毛球馆自2008年建成并投入使用，因部分区域屋顶漏水，导致室内墙面、装饰板霉变严重，同时，工矿灯+LED节能灯老化无法满足运动场馆照明需求，拟对屋顶漏水处及天沟进行防水修缮并更换室内装饰板及灯具等。 主要施工内容包括： 一、羽毛球馆室内修缮： 墙面及顶面灯具拆除、墙面定制防撞吸音布艺软包装饰、更换顶面LED防眩球馆灯具、玻璃窗遮阳贴膜、墙面维修等。 二、羽毛球馆室外修缮： 屋面防水及屋面不锈钢天沟修缮等。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
