该项目主要改造范围为房屋1层及室外场地，改造内容包括：墙面刷新、屋顶翻新、墙面装饰、室外地坪、排污管道工程、电气工程、弱电工程、给排水工程等；采购办公家具、空调设备等。本次审价服务采购内容是按照相关项目的工程量计价规范、招投标文件、施工合同以及有关定额及说明，结合施工图纸、工程技术现场签证资料、工程材料暂定价核价单，通过现场勘察丈量，对下列项目工程量进行逐一计算，并检查综合单价的执行情况，新增项目定额子目的套用是否合理、综合单价组成中的材料价格、机械价格、人工价格是否参照相关定额标准和施工合同的规定，以此来核准工程造价，并根据以上结果出具专业审价报告，供后续审计等服务。

（二）在中介集市报名前1年内存在2次记入一般不良诚信档案行为的；

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
