1、电增容3*70+1*35电缆线140米，桥架30米，低压配电柜一台； 2、阶梯教室更换地板81m2和门更换2套； 3、三楼平台塑木地板维修50m2； 4、司令台更换方钢氟碳白色喷漆栏杆23.1m； 5、教室门口阳台及楼梯铁艺栏杆打磨油漆； 6、教室门口阳台栏杆承台外墙涂料及柱子外墙涂料335m2； 7、二楼平台及一楼门卫后老防腐木局部面板或龙骨维修30m2； 8、校园侧石油漆及破损更换25米； 9、一楼音乐厅蓝天白云涂料喷涂、换导灯、拆音响、满堂架40%； 10、不锈钢伸缩缝5套； 11、全校木油保养（毛刺打磨木油2遍）722m2； 12、教室、走廊及涂料修复出新（局部批嵌一底二度）10%； 13、阶梯教室外楼梯及平台毛石铺贴、入口处增加排水地砖修复； 14、东北角防腐木亭子更换顶骨架13*5.1尺寸(防腐木骨架（主龙骨150*80，次龙骨40*80间隔不大于600）)； 15、图书馆地板维修15m2； 16、玻璃圆顶铲除凹凸防水清理干净、贴防水条、清理原有涂料后刷外墙涂料； 17、自行车棚更换阳光板顶8.2*3.8； 18、助动车棚钢架油漆（除锈、氟碳漆喷涂）； 19、校门口毛石地坪局部修复5%； 20、观摩室地板更换方形地毯（拆除原有地板、自流平、铺设块形地毯）185m2； 21、二楼图书馆刷涂料（局部批嵌一底二度）120m2； 22、走廊铝合金窗安装不锈钢护栏123.6m； 23、体育馆安装16平方电缆线500m，10平方电缆线500米； 24、一间教室铺贴地砖。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
