1、弘文楼维修改造：18间教室灯具标准化更新，公共楼道乳胶漆出新，墙裙面砖修补，专用机房敷设电源线，2楼会议室维修改造等； 2、弘志楼维修改造：12间教室灯具标准化更新，外墙防水筑漏，专用机房敷设电源线、静电地板更换等； 3、食堂餐厅维修改造：食堂二楼餐厅外墙防水筑漏及屋面SBS卷材防水等维修； 4、阶梯教室放映厅墙面修补、涂料出新；吊顶更换，电气器具更新，防火门、静电地板更换等改造； 5、弘德楼3楼办公室屋面防水；门卫室墙顶面及套装门改造，弘生楼锅炉房墙顶面改造及管道检修等零星维修； 校园路灯改造：原有老化灯具拆除、灯具线路更新敷设，配置新型节能灯具，增加亮度，保障晚自习学生出行安全。

（二）在中介集市报名前1年内存在2次记入一般不良诚信档案行为的；

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.

（三）其他应当回避的情形；
