1、新场教育部：室外电动伸缩门更换；二楼书法教室、三楼计算机教室墙面、地面拆除新做，新做展示柜；卫生间小便器、洗手池更换，墙砖局部维修；室外广场砖局部维修。 2、周浦教育部：食堂屋面板、吊顶拆除更换，新排电线及灯具安装；卫生间拆除原有墙、地面砖重铺，顶面吊顶拆除新做，卫生隔断、卫生器具拆除更换，新排电线及灯具安装；原舞蹈房吊顶拆除新做；原计算机教室改舞蹈房：地面吊顶、地板拆除更换，铝合金窗更换新排电线及灯具安装；一楼办公室地板拆除新做。 3、惠南教育部：卫生间拆除原有墙、地面砖重铺，顶面吊顶拆除新做，卫生隔断、卫生器具拆除更换，新排电线及灯具安装。 4、六灶教育部：烹饪教室外间吊顶拆除新做，墙面涂料局部铲除新做。 5、书院教育部：食堂吊顶拆除新做，办公室照明灯管更换。 6、老港教育部：室外新排电缆。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
