百熙部 1、教学楼一层小一班午睡室：墙体修复、墙面乳胶漆出新、安装木质护墙板。 2、教学楼一层托班：新做软包、玻璃纤维吸音板展示墙。 3、教学楼活动室：新做玻璃纤维吸音板展示墙、更换砂窗、墙顶面乳胶漆维修。 4、教学楼楼梯间更换防火门。公共区域墙顶面乳胶漆维修。 5、室外：户外防腐木休息平台、防腐木装饰柜、防腐木休息座椅换新。沙水池仓库木屋屋顶漏水维修。其它防腐木设置维修油漆出新。 6、其它零星维修。 千汇部 7、教学楼一至三层2个楼梯间：安装PVC卷材、安装铝合金防滑条。墙顶面乳胶漆维修。 8、教学楼一层洗碗间维修：墙面墙砖零星维修、（水电重排、增加排风管、安装热水器）。洗碗间新排地沟及地砖修复。 9、教学楼一层走道新做造型门洞。 10、教学楼安装疏散通道指示牌各楼层、总平面图。 11、教学楼三层原办公室改造为保育员操作室：更换吊顶、地砖、墙砖、上下水重排、电路重排。 12、教学楼公共区域墙顶面乳胶漆维修。 13、室外：户外停车场地改造、户外储物柜基础改造改造、室外沙水池安装遮阳棚。 14、其它零星维修。

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.

回避情形

Avoidance Situations

（一）参与同一项目采购的不同中介服务机构法定代表人或实际控制人为同一人的；

（二）中介服务机构的法定代表人或实际控制人和委托人单位法定代表人或者项目负责人有配偶、直系血亲（含拟制血亲）、三代以内旁系血亲或者近姻亲关系的；

（三）其他应当回避的情形；
