（一）室外 主入口大门电动门更新。 （二）室内 1、教学楼 1）教室地砖修补； 2）教室墙砖修补； 3）南教学楼三层教师办公室地板维修更新； 4）通往五楼顶层楼梯加装防盗门及栅栏； 5）面西教学楼二、三、四、五层教师办公室电源线、风扇、水管、水斗更新； 6）墙面涂料维修，矿棉板吊顶维修及管道采用生态板管道井。 2、实验楼 1）一层高中化学实验室：地砖、墙砖修补，新设备电路、水管，不锈钢盖板，顶墙面涂料； 2）二层高中生物实验室：地砖、墙砖修补，新设备电路、水管，不锈钢盖板，顶墙面涂料； 3）三层高中物理实验室：地砖、墙砖修补，新设备电路，不锈钢盖板，顶墙面涂料； 4）通往五楼顶层楼梯加装防盗门及栅栏； 5）阶梯教室舞台改造。 3、综合楼 1）一层新增铝方通吊顶、窗帘箱； 2）一至五层走廊过道顶及墙面涂料； 3）专用教室涂料 。 4、行政楼 1）楼梯走廊涂料； 2）三层行政办公室室内涂料及吊顶，灯具及电源改造。 5、体育馆 体育馆插座、线路改造等。 （三）零星维修 （四）垃圾清运

（二）在中介集市报名前1年内存在2次记入一般不良诚信档案行为的；

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.

回避情形

Avoidance Situations

（一）参与同一项目采购的不同中介服务机构法定代表人或实际控制人为同一人的；

（二）中介服务机构的法定代表人或实际控制人和委托人单位法定代表人或者项目负责人有配偶、直系血亲（含拟制血亲）、三代以内旁系血亲或者近姻亲关系的；

（三）其他应当回避的情形；
