1、 1#\2#\3#\4#一至四层走道维修：调换损坏600*600玻化砖及PVC地面、走道墙顶面乳胶漆修复。 2、 5#\6#一至五层走道维修：走道墙顶面乳胶漆修复、调换损坏600*600玻化砖及PVC地面。 3、 6#楼二层2间教室改造：拆除石膏板吊顶、墙顶面乳胶漆出新、新做地砖、安装灯具、线路重排。 4、 6#楼二层2间办公室改造：新做轻钢龙骨石膏板隔墙、墙顶面乳胶漆出新、新做地砖、顶面硅钙板吊顶、新做实木储藏柜、安装门窗、安装灯具、线路重排。 5、 6#楼四层地理专用教室：更换静电地板、墙顶面乳胶漆出新、空调线路重排 6、 3#楼、6#楼：公区区域饮水点改造：新接上下水、新排电源。 7、 6#楼、食堂、1号2号宿舍楼屋面：更换SBS防水卷材。消防管更换橡塑保温。 8、 5#楼专用实验室（化学、生物、物理、DIS物理）：新排电源及上下水、地砖修复。 9、 1号2号宿舍楼维修：更换钢质防盗门、新排电缆线、铝合金固定维修、安装不锈钢晒衣架、围网。 10、室外：更换太阳能路灯、部分路面维修。等其它零星维修。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.

（三）其他应当回避的情形；
