为优化南北产业园区营商环境，保障园区安全有序运行，助力御桥青年人才社区建设，坚持高位推动、协同发力，健全组织体系与工作机制，确保各项工作落地见效，在康恒路69弄1号103室成立御桥数智天地社区综合治理中心，对康恒路69弄1号103室进行改造装饰，具体施工内容：原有吊顶拆除，重新做石膏板吊顶。轻质加气混凝土砌块及玻璃隔断、卫生间装饰改造等。

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
