Project Content

根据高东镇外高桥物流园区二期12-6、12-11地块储备项目的工作需要，地块出让前应形成净地，经探查场地内存在通信管线，需对其进行搬迁。 主要施工内容： 1、新建通信管道：改建架空通信光缆线路，拟建2孔开挖通信管道1.094孔公里，3孔开挖通信管道0.036孔公里，4孔开挖通信管道0.024孔公里，6孔开挖通信管道1.014孔公里，拟建2孔非开挖通信管道3.18孔公里，6孔非开挖通信管道4.77孔公里，合计10.118孔公里； 2、新放通信线缆：4芯通信光缆5根，12芯通信光缆20根，24芯通信光缆26根，48芯通信光缆40根，96芯通信光缆29根，144芯通信光缆2根； 3、新建通信光交箱：光交箱5套（含箱体、一体化熔接盘、光缆固定板、 挂纤柱等）； 本项目总投资1230.6495万元，建安费1149.4437万元，本项目计划于*开通会员可解锁*下旬开工，工期120日历天（具体以实际开工为准）。本次采购为该工程监理，采取“择优选取”方式选取中介服务机构。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
