1、校门口南北两侧地面改造；2、司令台整体提升；3、自行车棚整体改造及路面沥青改造；4、校园西北角花坛改造；5、行政楼1间办公室墙地顶翻新；6、教学楼卫生间门口9处新做墙面护墙板，垃圾分类处理台；7、校内走廊及楼梯间乳胶漆局部出新；8、教学楼公共走廊地砖起鼓局部翻修；9、校外墙面砖局部脱落检修；10、停车库更换自动感应灯；11、图书馆更换铝方通灯；12、体育馆走廊涂料局部修复及平板灯局部更换；13、小剧场屋顶防腐木破损维修木油出新；14、其他零星维修工程。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
