1. 为进一步保障并维护住宅小区公共设施的完整性，满足社区居民日常生活所需，提升小区环境品质，拟对高东新村、品欣雅苑2个小区内的部分公共设施进行改造。 2.建设地点：高东新村位于光明路41弄-222弄、品欣雅苑位于高东二路118弄，工程主要内容包括高东新村凉亭修缮（共约30㎡）、紫藤花架座椅铺设塑木板（坐高增加至450mm）等；品欣雅苑两个凉亭(约28㎡）维修，整体刷漆保养，其中一个凉亭台阶处增加无障碍扶手,儿童游乐场塑胶地面更换（约308㎡）等。

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
