根据《关于下达川沙新镇2024-2025年度全域和美乡村创建计划的通知》（浦委农办〔2025〕12号），川沙新镇对列入2025年创建精品村建设计划的村域进行公用设施整修及庭院建设。 本次采购项目的工程地址位于杜尹村。其中：杜尹村道路提升工程，杜尹村桥梁建设改造工程，杜尹村杜尹路、红星路和杜冯路等主要路段进行照明提升工程，杜尹村电线杆和变压器移位归并工程，杜尹村“入河入海”截污纳管工程、杜尹村水环境提升工程。

（一）在中介集市报名前3个月内存在1次记入一般不良诚信档案行为的；

（二）在中介集市报名前1年内存在2次记入一般不良诚信档案行为的；

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
