style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;text-indent:32px;line-height:29px">1、报名条件：①有良好的财务状况和支付能力的企业法人、个体工商户或具有完全民事行为能力的自然人，法律另有规定的除外。委托他人办理的，应提交授权委托书。②依照《拍卖法》第二十二条、三十条规定不得参与本次公开拍卖的应当自行回避，不得参加拍卖。</p><p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;text-indent:32px;line-height:29px">2、报名：意向竞买人自公告之日起至标的竞买结束前均可报名参与竞拍，但须保证有足够的时间进行以下操作：线下缴纳保证金并确认到账、在湖南省拍卖平台注册认证、报名，拍卖人确认竞买资格，完成上述竞买手续后方可参加竞拍。</p><p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:29px">3.新承租人需未被工商行政管理机关在国家企业信用信息公示系统（www.gsxt.gov.cn）中列入严重违法企业名单，且未在“信用中国”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）被列入失信被执行人名单，如在上述名单查询到新承租人，则合同条款中约定新承租人须一次性付清租期内租金，否则出租人享有合同解除权、承租人须立即腾退返还租赁物。</p><p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:29px">4.意向竞买人必须保证所提供的报名文件、资料和身份信息真实、合法、有效。</p><p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:29px">5.与出租人以往的合作过程中有违约记录的竞买人，不得参与竞租及承租。</p><p
