简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：结合三林镇实际情况，对三林镇镇域内的产生单位开展生活垃圾收运工作。干垃圾预估178,500桶/年，湿垃圾预估59,500桶/年，餐厨垃圾预估119,000桶/年，桶容量为240L。（具体内容及要求详见招标文件第二章-采购需求书）

Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: Based on the actual situation of Sanlin Town, carry out the collection and transportation of household waste from the units that generate waste within the town area of Sanlin Town. Dry waste is estimated to be 178500 barrels per year, wet waste is estimated to be 59500 barrels per year, and kitchen waste is estimated to be 119000 barrels per year, with a capacity of 240L. (For specific content and requirements, please refer to Chapter 2 of the bidding documents - Procurement Requirements)

合同履约期限：服务期限12个月，具体以合同签订日期为准。

The Contract Period: The service period is 12 months, subject to the date of contract signing.

二、申请人的资格要求

2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：促进中小企业发展、促进残疾人就业。

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3.1 本项目专门面向中小企业（含中型、小型、微型企业，下同）采购；3.2 未被列入《信用中国网站》（www.creditchina.gov.cn）失信被执行人名单、重大税收违法案件当事人名单和“中国政府采购网”（www.ccgp.gov.cn）政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单。以在“信用中国”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）和中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）查询的投标截止当天前三年内的信用记录为准；3.3 本项目是否允许联合体投标：允许；本项目允许2家投标人组成联合体。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3.1 This project is specifically designed for procurement by small and medium-sized enterprises (including medium, small, and micro enterprises, the same below); 3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement on the Credit China website (www.creditchina. gov.cn), the list of parties involved in major tax violations, and the record list of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp. gov.cn). Based on the credit records obtained from the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn) and the China Government Procurement website (www.ccgp. gov.cn) within the three years prior to the bidding deadline; 3.3 Does this project allow consortium bidding? Yes; This project allows two bidders to form a consortium.
